at last, she got it

for the past 3 months it has been a busy months for my girl at kyuem as she has to travelled quite frequently back to KL attending interviews for her A Level and Undergraduate scholarships.

applied for most scholarships and being called for interviews for Khazanah, PNB, Bank Negara, MARA and UEM. UEM and Bank Negara were the last interview attended by her.

the family has been very supportive of her during these period as we don't want her studies to be affected. Each times she came back from the interveiws all will be her good listeners listening to her ordeal during the sessions.

i was confident that she will get one but if possible a good scholarship. Our prayers has been answered when i recieved a phone call from UEM telling me that my girl is among the seven (7) selected and offered a scholarship by UEM group (from 3500 applicants). The scholarship is for her 'A' Level at KYUEM (she is there already)and her undergraduate at any top varsities deems fit by UEM in UK or Australia. Syukran.

the acceptance should be made before 5th June 2009 and a special briefing for students and parents will be held on June 15, 2009 at Mercu UEM building.The letter of offer was personally collected by me and i have the pleassure of meeting some important figures there.

alhamdulillah, syukur to Allah as my girl is being allowed to continue her January programme and i was told she is the first January student being sponsored by them.

as to the offer by MARA, tqvm. It has to be turned down as my girl will has to go for July programme though at the same college. Another students will have the chance to make it.
